At Reagle Home Care, we’re committed to supporting our team every step of the way. Before delivering care, all staff complete a comprehensive training programme to ensure they feel confident, capable and fully prepared for their role.
This includes essential training such as Health and Safety, Moving and Handling, Medication, Safeguarding (Abuse Awareness), Dementia Care, Fire Safety, Food Hygiene and Infection Control.

Helping you to develop
Following a successful probation period, carers are supported to complete the Health and Social Care Certificate, helping them build their skills and progress in their career. We also provide additional training in specialist areas where needed, along with regular refresher courses.
Every member of our team works to a personalised development plan, with ongoing supervision and spot checks to offer guidance and support. We also carry out formal annual appraisals to help each carer continue to grow and deliver the highest standard of care.
